Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.

  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

The T3 is the simple treadmill: a motor, a belt, a handrail and a fold. There is no incline motor and no touch screen, which keeps the price down and leaves less to go wrong. It runs to 12 km/h, enough for walkers and 5K beginners, and the deck folds upright to save floor space.

  • Speed range: 1–12 km/h, 12 preset programmes
  • Running surface: 110 × 40 cm with a manual 3-position incline
  • Motor: 2.0 HP peak DC; 8-layer belt, 8 shock absorbers under the deck
  • Folded size: 118 × 70 × 130 cm, with transport wheels at the front
  • Max user weight: 110 kg (243 lb); warranty: frame 3 years, motor 1 year, parts 1 year

no complaints at this price

Bought for my mother to walk in the winter. She is 160 cm and 62 kg and the handrail height suits her. Cleaning is easy, a dry cloth along the belt edges.

belt is narrow

Belt width is 40 cm and I felt it at a run. Fine for walking. The pulse grips also give odd readings so I use a chest strap.

folds easily

I rent, and the upright fold with the gas strut means I can tuck it behind a wardrobe door. The wheels roll fine on carpet.
