From today, standard shipping is free on US orders of $99 or more, down from $150. The threshold applies to the order total after discounts and before tax, and it covers every department.
That puts a lot of everyday orders over the line: a pair of 5 kg Urethane Pro Dumbbells, a lever belt, or a tub of whey isolate with creatine and a shaker. Orders under $99 still ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Returns stay at 30 days. If something is not right, start a return from your account within 30 days of delivery and send the item back unused in its original packaging. We refund to your original payment method once it reaches us.
Bulky items work a little differently. Racks, treadmills, rowers and other large pieces travel by freight carrier, and the carrier calls to book a delivery window. Delivery is to the curb or your garage, so plan for a second person to help carry the box. Free shipping applies to these orders too, but a freight return needs the original box and some notice: contact us first and we will arrange collection.
