Heavy equipment

Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

Details

The X3 is made for use that would wear out a home rower: a heavy steel monorail, a 200 kg rating, an oversized fan with sealed bearings and a chain with a lifetime frame warranty behind it. The monitor tracks sessions and exports them over Bluetooth. It is a permanent fitting, not a fold-away.

  • Resistance: air fan, damper 1–10, oversized 28 cm fan
  • Rail: 240 cm steel monorail, seat height 44 cm for easier access
  • Footprint: 240 × 62 cm; weighs 52 kg (115 lb)
  • Monitor: backlit performance monitor with Bluetooth and heart rate
  • Max user weight: 200 kg (440 lb); warranty: frame lifetime, parts 3 years

worth it for heavy use

I wanted something that will not need replacing in three years. Priced high but not as high as the big-name equivalent.

heavy to move

Even with the wheels this is a two-person lift up the stairs. We put it down once and it stays exactly where it is. It has taken daily use from five of us without a rattle or a loose bolt.

taller seat is a bonus

Getting on and off is easy with the 44 cm seat and my bad knee. Monitor display is clear in a bright garage.
