Details
A rigid insert sits inside a nylon shell, so the belt keeps its shape when you brace into it, and a wide hook-and-loop panel closes it in one pull with no holes to count. It is a good first powerlifting belt and a fair choice for gyms where one belt is shared between sessions. It is also the lighter option for the bag.

It is stiff but not as unyielding as leather and the strap stretches a touch on my very heaviest sets. For the money it is fine, I would not use it in a meet.

a bit bulky at the front
The 10 cm width pushes against my thighs in a deep squat. I tuck it a little higher and it is fine. Closure is strong, no creep.

good value
Does the job for 5x5 squats and deadlifts. The hook side collects fluff from my hoodie if I leave it open, so I keep it closed in the bag.

surprisingly rigid
Expected another floppy velcro belt. The insert holds a proper brace on squats at 120 kg and it is much easier to put on between sets than my gym belt. Navy looks good too.
