Bands, mats, ropes and small kit that make a home workout possible. Value-priced basics, most of them under $40, in plain colours that suit any room.
Kinetic Supply is the value tier and turns up in four departments: chrome and neoprene dumbbells, a 20 kg (44 lb) spinlock set, vinyl and soft kettlebells, spring collars, the under-desk mini bike, weighted and counter jump ropes, every latex band in the store, the training mat, foam roller, floor tiles and gallon jug.
Products are kept simple on purpose: latex, TPE, vinyl and steel, few moving parts, and colour coding where it helps, as on the graded bands. The aim is a low price per piece without skimping on the parts that wear. Expect sound basics for starting out or filling gaps, not specialist equipment.
