Lifting models use firm, flat outsoles that do not squash under a loaded bar; the running shoe goes the other way with a cushioned midsole. Each shoe is built for one kind of session rather than all of them. Expect UK sizing from 6 to 12 and a firmer feel in the lifting models than in everyday trainers.
