Heavy equipment

Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

The S5 is the upgrade from a basic spin bike for people who ride most days. A 20 kg perimeter-weighted flywheel gives a road-like feel, magnetic resistance is silent and does not wear, and the 4-way adjustable seat and bars fit riders from 150 to 195 cm. The pedals take both SPD cleats and trainers.

very stable

I am 193 cm and 100 kg and ride out of the saddle on sprints. No flex. The dual-sided pedals fit my SPD shoes straight away.

console is basic

Great hardware. Display shows time, RPM and heart rate but no power from the bike itself, only an estimate. I added a pedal power meter.

silent

I ride at 6 am without waking the house. The belt and magnets make no noise beyond the pedals. Seat and bars lock tight.
