Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

Good for my mum

Bought for my mother to use in her armchair. She pedals during the afternoon quiz shows. Easy dial, readable numbers. The counter needs a fresh AA after a few months.

slides away on tiles

Even with the mat, it shoots forward on our tiled floor at anything above level 4. Had to wedge it against the wall to use it, which defeats the under-desk idea.

A manager responded to this review
Femi, we're sorry. On smooth tiles a strap that loops around a chair leg stops the creep completely; we've sent one free. If it still won't stay put, we'll take it back at our cost. Kinetic Supply team at VoltFitness

Knees hit my desk

At 30 cm high the pedals bring my knees up into the underside of a standard 72 cm desk. I'm 175 cm. Works fine in front of the sofa instead, so that's where it lives.
