Heavy equipment

Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

The S1 is a plain spin bike: a 10 kg flywheel, a knob that lowers a felt pad onto it, and a fixed-gear drive that keeps pedalling after you stop. It is not silent and the pads wear, but it is cheap, simple and strong enough for stand-up climbs. The seat and bars adjust in height and the seat slides forward and back.

solid frame

I weigh 98 kg and sprint out of the saddle. Nothing creaks. The cage pedals are fine, I added clip-in pedals later with no issue.

pads wear quickly

After 4 months I replaced the pad because it started to glaze at high resistance. The spare is cheap but you should know it is a consumable.

Agreed, Gareth. Felt pads are a consumable on friction bikes. We sell replacement pads in the Spares section, and a drop of the supplied lubricant on the flywheel edge extends their life. Sam, VoltFitness support

great for the money

I tried a gym spin class and wanted the same feel at home. This is close. Seat adjusts easily and my 168 cm height is comfortable.
