Heavy equipment

Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

fits in the corner

Three bells stacked on the rolled mat take up about the space of a laundry basket. Twenty minutes in the living room after the kids are asleep.

chalk is a nice touch

Bells and mat are solid. The liquid chalk takes longer to dry than I expected, but it stops the handle slipping on swings. I'd like a 20 kg option.

good spread of weights

As a beginner I use the 8 kg for presses and get-ups, the 12 for goblet squats and the 16 for swings. Nice not to have to guess which sizes to buy.
