When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

dumbbells are fiddly

Plates on spinlock bars take a minute to change and I'd prefer a dial. For the price it's a very good starter, and I use the mat daily.

good price for five things

Bought it for my teenage son. He uses the dumbbells and the rope the most. Everything came in two boxes and the dumbbell bars are easy to load.

exactly what a beginner needs

I'd never trained before. The dumbbells go up in small steps, the bands do the glutes and shoulders and the rope gets my heart rate up. Three weeks in and I'm not sore any more.
