Heavy equipment

Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

Details

The H2 sits 14 cm off the floor at the belt edge and has full-length handrails on both sides, so stepping on is easier than on a standard treadmill. Speed starts at 0.5 km/h for slow, careful rehab walking. A wide belt gives room to centre yourself and a clip-on safety cord stops the belt if you slip.

console buttons stiff

The machine is great but the speed keys need a real press, and my wife struggles with them. A remote would help.

does not fold

Sturdy, but it takes a 162 × 72 cm spot permanently. Moving it is a two-person job even with the wheels.

my mum can use it

She is 79 and uses a stick. She stepped on without help the first day. The big start button is easy to press.
