Heavy equipment

Racks, benches, treadmills and plate sets travel by freight. The carrier calls or emails to book a delivery slot and brings the boxes to your door. If you ordered assembly, our team sets the equipment up in the room you choose and takes the packaging away.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

  • Start a return from your orders, pick the items and the reason.
  • Pack them in the original packaging with all parts and labels.
  • Send them back with the return label from your confirmation email.

Assembled equipment, opened supplements and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery costs are refunded when the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong item

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a new item or a full refund, and collect the old one at no cost to you.

Details

The T4 is built for flats where the treadmill has to live in a corner. It runs to 14 km/h with six manual incline settings, then the deck swings up and locks vertical, so it stands in a 72 × 50 cm patch of floor. The console tilts forward so you can still read it when folded.

worth it for the space

Small one-bed flat. I stood it in the hallway and it is not in the way. Took one hour to assemble, the instructions are clear.

bluetooth works, programmes basic

Heart rate strap paired first time. The built-in programmes are fine but I mostly just set a speed. The belt is 42 cm wide and I am 188 cm, which is OK for me but I would not go taller.

lives behind the door

Folded footprint is smaller than my airer. I run 5 km three mornings a week at 11 km/h and it handles it without any wobble. The strut lowers it slowly, no bang.
