Details
Whey concentrate is the least processed form of whey, so it costs less per gram of protein and tastes creamier than isolate. Each 30 g scoop gives 23 g protein, 2.5 g carbs, 2 g sugar, 2 g fat and 125 kcal, sweetened with sucralose. It mixes in a shaker with 250 to 300 ml of water or milk, and the 2.5 kg tub is the better buy if you have two shakes a day.

4.3
Mixes well and the price is good, but the banana tastes a bit like a sweet to me. I'd go for vanilla next time. No stomach trouble, which I sometimes get with concentrates.

Thicker than isolate, as promised
Creamy and filling, which I like after a hard leg day. It leaves a milky film in the shaker if you don't rinse it straight away, and the chocolate is sweeter than I'd choose.

cookies and cream, no regrets
Didn't expect much at this price but it mixes with a spoon in a mug, no shaker needed. Cookies and cream is the best of the four I tried, and 23 g per scoop matches my food tracker.

Does the job for the money
Bought the 2.5 kg tub for a bulk. 83 scoops works out well below what I paid for my last isolate. Banana tastes like a cafe milkshake; a bit sweet in water, better in milk.
