When your order ships you get an email with the tracking link. You can also follow it under your orders, where each shipment shows its latest status.

Returns

Return unworn gear and unopened supplements within 30 days of delivery.

saved $20 and it came together

Delivered in two boxes in two days. The chain is long enough to hang a 20 kg plate between my legs for dips, and the belt doesn't dig in.

bar needs a stud wall

Everything in the kit works. The bar needs timber studs at 40 cm centres, so check your wall first. I mounted mine on a garage wall behind a sheet of plywood.

everything for pull-up progress

I started at two pull-ups and used the loop bands for help. Now I'm doing sets of eight and the dip belt is next on my list. The bar is solid on a stud wall.
